Quigley 202-272-2004 202-272-2074 TTY mquigley@ncd.gov National Council on Disability to Quarterly Meeting in Louisville, Kentucky WASHINGTON--The National Council on Disability (NCD) will conduct its next quarterly meeting February 22-24, 1999, from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, 320 West Jefferson, Louisville, Kentucky. NCD is an independent federal agency currently coordinating a multi-year study for the President and Congress on the implementation and enforcement of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
