Quigley 202-272-2004 202-272-2074 TTY mquigley@ncd.gov NCD To Conduct Quarterly Meeting in Orlando WASHINGTON, DC--The National Council on Disability (NCD) will conduct its next quarterly meeting February 28 - March 1, 2000, from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., at the Radisson Plaza Hotel Orlando, 60 South Ivanhoe Boulevard, Orlando, Florida. NCD is an independent federal agency mandated by Congress to advise the President, Congress, and other federal agencies on disability policy. NCD is currently coordinating a multi-year study for the President and Congress on the implementation and enforcement of the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, and other civil rights laws.
