Quigley 202-272-2004 202-272-2074 TTY mquigley@ncd.gov National Council on Disability To Conduct Community Briefings on Disability Civil Rights WASHINGTON--The National Council on Disability (NCD) will conduct community briefings around the country to share findings and recommendations on federal enforcement of disability civil rights laws with people with disabilities. The next briefing will take place on August 14, 2000, from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m., at the Intercontinental Hotel, 111 East 48th Street, New York, NY. This meeting is open to the public and free of charge. The Harlem Independent Living Center is assisting NCD in the coordination of this event.
