Quigley 202-272-2004 202-272-2074 TTY mquigley@ncd.gov National Council on Disability to Conduct News Conference on Housing WASHINGTON--The National Council on Disability (NCD) will conduct a news conference to highlight the release of its report on housing on November 6, 2001, at 10:00 a.m., in the First Amendment Room, National Press Club, 529 14th Street, NW, Washington, DC. The report addresses the Fair Housing Amendments Act of 1988 and Section 504 as they relate to housing for people with disabilities and one key federal agency, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
