National Council on Disability Statement on the Terrorist Attacks of September 11, 2001

The following was released today by the National Council on Disability:

September 11, 2001, is a day that has darkened and changed our lives forever, but will not dim our faith in our country or in the ideal of freedom on which this country was built. We are saddened by the personal loss of loved ones and by the universal loss of innocence marked by the horrific acts committed. Comfort comes from knowing good always triumphs over evil, and that the spirit of freedom endures.
