Quigley 202-272-2004 202-272-2074 TTY mquigley@ncd.gov National Council on Disability to Release Disability Progress Report WASHINGTON--The National Council on Disability (NCD) will release its annual National Disability Policy: A Progress Report at 10:00 a.m. on July 26, 2002, at the NCD office, 1331 F Street, NW, Suite 850, Washington, D.C. The report covers the period from December 2000 through December 2001, the end of the first session of the 107th Congress. It reviews federal policy activities by issue areas, noting progress where it has occurred and making further recommendations where necessary to the executive and legislative branches of the Federal Government.
