Quigley 202-272-2004 202-272-2074 TTY mquigley@ncd.gov National Council on Disability Member and Former Scranton Mayor to Testify Before Congress on Transportation and People with Disabilities WASHINGTON-National Council on Disability (NCD) member and former mayor of Scranton, Pennsylvania, David Wenzel will testify at a joint oversight hearing on transportation services and people with disabilities before the U.S. House of Representatives, Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure and the Committee on Education and the Workforce. The hearing is Thursday, May 1, 2003, at 10:00 a.m. in Room 2167 of the Rayburn House Office Building in Washington, DC. NCD is an independent federal agency making recommendations to the President and Congress on disability policy.
