21.2% increase without enhancements
With $200,000 increase for programs is 6.49%

a. Office remodeling: $20,000 
b. Computer, software and assistive technology purchases:  $14,000.
c. Contract for research paper on “background paper related to UN Convention vs. US disability rights laws”: $20,000

New D faith based initiatives and partnerships best practices $25,000. d. Personnel issue settlement: $25,000

e. Contracts for editing, printing and disseminating 2007 reports: $30,000
f. Contract for research paper/reporton the Implications of US ratification
of the UN Convention: $40,000
g. Foster Care Phase II: Evaluate the impact of funding increase (FY2005)
on the Court Improvement Program (CIP): $40,000
