Executive Order 14418 re: American Citizenship

The National Council on Disability does not issue “documents recognizing United States citizenship.” NCD accepts documents issued by State, local, or other governments following GSA’s guidance for personal identity verification for Federal credentialing services, available here: https://www.gsa.gov/federal-credentialing-services/get-appointment-help/bring-required-documents#PrimaryForm. If/when GSA changes those acceptable forms of primary/secondary ID and/or those unacceptable forms of ID, NCD will follow GSA’s guidance.
